Primary culture originated from thyroid; endothelial and smooth muscle cells from umbilical cord, fibroblasts, and cyst macrophages. Detection of cell viability, proliferation, migration, invasion, adhesion and spreading, colony forming in soft agar, apoptosis and necrosis detection; hybridoma technique. SDS PAGE, Southern and Western blot analysis. ELISA. Cytological and histological technique, histochemistry, immunohistochemistry. Glycosaminoglycans determination in culture.
