Cell culture: maintenance of human, mouse, hamster cell lines, stable transfection, obtaining of two- and three-dimensional primary cell cultures from malignant, benign human tissue, cyst fluid and normal human, mouse, rat, rabbit cell cultures. Primary culture originated from thyroid; endothelial and smooth muscle cells from umbilical cord, fibroblasts, and cyst macrophages. Detection of cell viability, proliferation, migration, invasion, adhesion and spreading, colony forming in soft agar, apoptosis and necrosis detection; hybridoma technique. SDS PAGE, Southern and Western blot analysis. ELISA. Cytological and histological technique, histochemistry, immunohistochemistry. Glycosaminoglycans determination in culture. ECM analogue preparation. Subcellular fractionating. Cytological diagnosis of thyroid neoplasm.
