DNA cloning techniques, expression and purification of recombinant proteins, western, northern and southern blot analysis, production of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies, basic biochemical techniques (gel electrophoresis, FPLC, immunoprecipitation), tissue culturing of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells, establishing of stable cell lines, basic SEREX techniques (creation and screening of expression libraries), yeast two-hybrid system, confocal microscopy, DNA sequencing, site-directed mutagenesis.
